Children, Youth and Family Children, Youth and Family Cooperative Extension programs help people make informed decisions to improve their quality of life. These programs also serve to address critical family needs and foster positive growth and development across the lifecycle. Programs include a broad range of issues and topics in child/youth development, family development, adult development and aging, diversity education, consumer issues, family resource management, food safety, nutrition and health.
